Lovely ambiance with warm and welcoming staff.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The bathroom setup in my room felt cramped and poorly designed, making it difficult to use comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited, and I was surprised that housekeeping did not replenish essentials daily, which left our room feeling neglected during our stay.

I stayed in the Family Suite for 2 nights and it was fantastic! The room was super spacious and had a cozy vibe. I loved the unique decor which gave it a personal touch. The stay was truly delightful! A beautifully designed hotel in a charming area, the room was comfortable and came with thoughtful touches such as free coffee and snacks available at all times. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the breakfast had plenty of choices, replenished regularly by the polite staff. Being so close to public transport made exploring the area a breeze!
